Boss Suites is at the end of the little side street that turns right at the Warruburi Inn, the big green sign at almost the end of soi 4. It is about 50 meters down on the right. It's a short little street, with Boss Suites lit up so you can't miss it.
They have a tuk tuk that will take you too, or pick you up, from anywhere on soi 4, you just call them.
If you then turn left, and go down about 50 meters more, you come to another nice serviced apartment with gate, and guard, on the left at the corner. Nice 32sqm rooms with big bathroom, fridge, micro, hot water pot, TV, AC, King bed, for bt9k a month with a minimum of 2 months rental, and one month deposit (there was no problem getting my deposit back on a Sunday), but you also pay bt6 a unit for electricity, and bt300 a month for water. It has maid service twice a week, and the landlord speaks ok English. It is rented only through an agent so there is no reason to mention the name, but Gerwin at Amazing Properties handles the rentals. It is the cheapest I have ever found for monthly serviced apartments in the soi 4 area.
