Just saw this thread...I lived 2 month in studio type of Solitare,nice experience-kitchen,cleaning,plasma 42 Tv etc. It is wireless internet provided for free in each room,very convenient (when it works smooth..). Huge, high bed -enough space for thressome and even foursome. Pool with underwater music,gym with instructor, good location-near by soi 11,7,5-Qbar and Bed clubs. Guest friendly and general friendly staff and security. Parking with guard and roof etc. I paid 42k baht per month,maybe too expensive for only studio of maybe 50 m. Anyway if you have the money it's a right place to stay.

The rental rate is at US$1,050 per month include daily cleaning service, water and electricity supply, in room internet and 7% of VAT.
