Fingers and everything else crossed I hope to be back in BKK in May. Fancy a change from the Topaz suites at the Grand President and looking around the Chateau-de-bangkok look goods with Jacuzzi bath.
Anyone had any experiences here, is it girl friendly and how far is it from Nana? I am happy with a ten minute walk.
I also thought Omni Suites looked good but how far away from Sukhumvit is this? Any recent visitors?

CDB is girl friendly. 10 minute walk to Nana sounds about right. But May is pretty hot for a 10 minute walk. Taking a cab can take a little while as if the taxi heads up on Soi Ruam Rudee towards Ploenchit they have to take a left and another left on Wittayu and pull a u-turn and head back up. Going back from Nana is very fast. If you don't know, Soi Ruam Rudee is basically right at the Ploenchit BTS stop.

Girl frienlly and very nice rooms at low prices. Take a mototaxi to sukhumvit -2 minutes- and then you are on the BTS.
But after staying at CDB, I started to go to Rembrandt Suites in soi 20. Better location imo.
Now, that I live here, I havent checked any of the places in the last 2 years.
