Ly, there are so many places in that area, just find a building you like and walk in, talk to the managment office. I am actually surprised that a man of your experience is asking that question. rtb

"surprised that a man of your experience is asking" 555, well, I've never actually stayed in BKK for more than a night or two and the last time I checked monthly rental in the city was over a decade ago I've got too much baggage to go window shopping, so I will probably get a cheap hotel near the BTS and explore by day my biggest concern is internet, as I fear a lot of those cheap apartment buildings will not provide internet services hmm, I was just in Nai Lert building last week, not a bad location at all

Hello all, This feelis like the correct area to post - but I apologise if not. I was wondering if any brothers out there had any experience/advise about renting an apartment or condo for about 2-3 weeks for approx May time. I'm planning a trip with a mate and we were thinking about getting a two bedroom serviced apartment, with usual features (pool/jacuzzi would be nice). We were thinking that the price would be about the same as two rooms in a nice hotel. Location wise - not too fussed as long as transport is available. Girl Friendly would also be a major plus, of course! Any reccomendations? Thanks Hwa

you might be able to rent a serviced apartment, but not a condo or regular apartment, unless you are willing to put down a deposit that you will lose for not staying at least 3 months
