Rooms look really nice on the web site. Stylish and good value for money with their LT rates. Might give it a try soon...
Couldn't open the map on the website though... no idea where it is located exactly...
Soi 39 is not bad, Spring restaurant/bar, Emporium, some relaxing distance from lower Sukh.

Walk from BTS was not bad. Up soi 39 to soi Promsri 1. Right to Promsri 2. Then left. Place is on the right.
1.3 km walk.

Yes, pretty much right after making my first post. Caught the BTS and walked up Soi 39 after figuring out where it must be located. GPS device with me was just to keep me from getting lost.
The photos had me thinking this place might be an alternative to next week's move to Sofitel Residence Asoke. But no way.
There is an interesting looking condo development rising just off Suk on Soi 39. Le F... something or other. They advertise 59 sky villas and 59 private pools.

My judgement may be biased; my stays have been at President Solitaire, Sheraton Grand, Le Fenix, and Westin Grand.
To put the place in perspective, Le Fenix can be had for less than 2K per night. From the photos, this place appears to be targeting the same audience. But Le Fenix is way better quality.

Le Raffiné - 2-level condos with private pools for each one.
Priced close to 40 million baht each.
Nice, though not sure if I trust the construction of these pools beyond 5-7 years.
