Hi everybody
I have been contacted by some friends who asked me to open an Eden Club in Pukhet
I have to admit that being here for almost 18 years I don't know very well Pukhet
I do believe that Pukhet is a too much seasonal place
What would the long time residents in Pukhet think about the possible outcome of an opening there ?
Any advice or suggestion is warmly welcome

It's so easy to arrange delivery or take a Eden girl with you by way of BKK to Phuket or elsewhere, why bother

I guess the non-expat hard core mongerer (=possible Eden customer) mostly goes directly to BK or Patty... The typical Phuket mongerer is either a clueless p4p walk-in customer not ready or at least not knowing about this garden of Eden or comes straight from BK or Patty for some change of pace...

But keep in mind, it would be the only place like it in town (I'm assuming you're thinking Patong) . The only other place that I can think of besides the common oily with extras is Christins, which imo, is an "ok" establishment that only does the mechanized soapy routine. Nothing really kinky around to fulfill the possible demand, where there are tons of venues in Bkk and Pattaya to get the load out. 
Provided it's in a good location, it could possibly do very well, at least during high season.

Imho not such a good idea....
Your potential customers are either on the sukhumvit area or in Pattaya, even IF they go to Phuket they tend to 'bring their own sandwich" because they do know the offer in phuket is not so good....
So an Eden club there will have to actually build its reputation and customer base from....nothing...
Add to this that the potential to recruit quality girls there will be limited....and importing girls to phuket will likely proove impossible (because they want to stay with their freinds....)

I've purchased a condo in Phuket and would welcome Eden Phuket !! (but that is from my selfish point of view).
However if it made my property go down in value I wouldn't be so favourable - so please keep it in Patong !
The main establishment in Patong is Cristin and that is a mafia run place (as the rumour goes) and is 5/10 at best - the girls are quite mechanical for want of a better word. With that in mind, some competition to Cristin would be great and long overdue.
Eden is quite hardcore for the casual punter and I think the mainstream punters who bar fine a girl or take a soapy would not appreciate the Eden experience and I think advertising is not the way you would want to go for fear of possible problems from authorities or such like.
Phuket really is busy most of the year and there is a customer base, but am not sure if this is a customer base that would appreciate Eden. I do know that there are 1000's of f***ing Scandanavians in Phuket - do Scandanavians go to Eden Bangkok ?
If I had the money available for an Eden expansion, I would either open another Bangkok club (such as Akane Soi 33 and Chitlom) or, as you have looked into previously, Eden Pattaya.
Good luck whatever you do, but rememeber, part of your attraction and success is that Eden is unique to Bangkok.

Agree with him. Another Bangkok club with similar, but slightly different concept, would be a safer investment.
But I would stay away from going Starbucks with this concept, the great thing about it is just that, it is one of a kind in the world.
