I had a really bad experience in Eden a month ago.

I find it hard to believe that the girl took a dump in the toilet in the room. Very hard to believe. As weird as it may sound, the girls are very shy, and they do not shit in front of other people. The pattern of these complaints always has the same problem, the period of time between issue and complaint. Andre, granted if she did take a dump then its pretty bad form (well in my books anyway) But why the hell didnt you make the complaint straight after the session??? Im sure given a valid reason for a bad session you would have been refunded or alternate arrangements would have been made that suited both parties involved, common sense mate, If I order a rare steak and the waiter brings out one well done, do I not mention it at sometime later (after the fact) no I address the issue there and then, if I buy a cd player only to arrive back home for it to be broken, do I take it back straight away or wait for the 90 day warranty to expired?
Yes, this forum thread is to talk about peoples experiences with eden, be it: good, bad or indifferent.
But it is somewhat unfair to complain about it after the fact without giving Eden the chance to rectify at time of incident. Like any service industry things do go wrong, as ultimately people are human... But IMHO, the quality of Customer service should also be measured by the professionalism in which individuals in establishments deal with the issues. Maybe if you had have raised it, then we might have been reading....
Had a bad experiece at Eden, Complained to Management, Management were very apologetic and refunded me accordingly.
But I can't help but thinking this is the case of the phantom poo!

I'd suggest that if anyone has a problem at Eden, bring the matter to the immediate attention of the staff there. Maybe it can be resolved immediately. If you are more comfortable talking with Marc or another male and none is around then, at least mention politely (you don't have to argue) that you weren't happy and will be contacting Marc. Make sure you have the names of the ladies you were with, the room you were in, etc. If you can't can't go back to Eden right away because business or travel, email him with the details.
I, too, have difficulty with complaints that were written: 1) weeks or months (in one case, a year!) after the fact; and 2) were posted on an Internet forum before giving Marc a chance to address the situation.
Write up any experience at Eden, good or bad, but if you have a specific complaint, it's only common courtesy to message Marc privately before posting it on the board.

I completely agree with Hyperterminal and EP.
Marc has made it excessively clear that if you have a legitimate reason for being unsatisfied with your session, he will refund your money. Clear and simple, no catches. He is perhaps the most responsive to customer complaints, and the most cognizant of his club's reputation of all brothel managers/owners in Bangkok.
Voicing your complaint several weeks, or, in some cases, several months after the fact is a bit helpless. The opportunity for a refund is gone. The opportunity for Marc to fix the problem is gone. And with no opportunity to fix or resolve the issue, suddenly the motive becomes more important than the complaint itself.
I'm somewhat befuddled why some people don't resolve problems in a more timely, more reasonable manner. It's nothing more than common sense.

This has also happened to me on a couple of occasions,I thought it was because I was an excellent shag and the girls had fallen hopelessly in love with me!! Obviously I was wrong.
Seriously,I think they just do it to make you feel good and to flatter your ego.
