Is it exit only or can one enter discretely there too (serious question) ?

So If I would bring 2 ladies to my hotel from 10 Pm it would be 6000 baht and they would also bring all the toys with them, is that right? At which hour of the day I could reserve them for the night? I should pay something in advance?
