I ALWAYS go to a place in the "enjoy" mode! Never a problem for me. I personally don't look for the negative, I always look for the postive. I just do not like it when I sense a lack of tolerance for differing opinion.
I do know that sometimes there is a real bad egg, who tries to lie or smear because he is pissed off or just because he is an a-hole. Yes, this does happen, but I am not talking about that type. I am just talking about a real beef someone might have and how you handle it. And I wouldn't even still mention this if not for the knee-jerk "cry" comment. That comment is the kind of attitude that ruins the chance for fair and honest critique. Don't let past attacks lead you to be overly sensitive about any beef, large or small, that a customer might have.
Until a couple years ago, I worked with an extremely popular incall place in NYC. They were number one and so may people wanted to tear them down on message boards. Those bad eggs tried everything to make them look bad. But it didn't work. Why? First of all the service and customer service was the best. and secondly, they never attacked back. The madam alway showed class and restraint, allowing the weight of her satisfied customers to speak louder than trading insults.

I have never been to eden club. I am a bit curious and may try on my next visit. But, as for rules here at bkktonite, IF I was to have a bad experience, is it against the rules to write about it?

I was at your club this past April and, as usual, thoroughly enjoyed myself. There's nothing quite like having an entire week of deviant threesomes to help cure the stress of life and work. In all my travels, Eden remains one of my favorite spots on Earth.
Quick question: I was wondering how you handle retarded people who ask stupid, antagonistic questions? I imagine it must be difficult to treat them with respect, when you have a strong hunch that they're just trying to start some sort of argument.
One more question: Am I allowed to voice my opinion on this forum? What if I have multiple opinions on multiple threads on this forum? I've noticed on other internet forums, opinions are not allowed, especially when coupled with multiple questions.
Perhaps, I have the same concerns that flashBKK has. I, too, don't like it when I sense a lack of tolerance on internet forums that do not allow questions, multiple questions, retarded questions, and especially multiple retarded questions. Freedom of speech/opinions and especially freedom of questions are very important to me.
Just like flashBKK, I have been an active member for over two years on this forum, and remain confused as to whether opinions--good or bad--are allowed here. Some forums do not allow stupid questions, and I, too, have no tolerance for such forums.

if your asking whether questions or opinions are allowed in general I guess only the moderator can tell us for sure, from everything I read on BTF seems like everything except flaming goes, although we can't see what has been banned I think BK is plenty fair when making the call between a flame & an opinion

Gents, Firstly,, this is perhaps NOT the place for this discussion. I believe Members lounge would be more appropriate.
As for "retarded people" well I assume you mean the people that CHOOSE to be retarded, rather than the handicapped, and on the former I can comment. Mark and his team from my observations have reacted genuinely to each and every positive or negative comment regarding their establishment.
Yes, at one time they had a fooolish person just looking to make an argument,,, he was treated with cuortesy and respect until the patience of a Saint would have expired.
The format at eden does not support a "drinking bar" where you sit around boozing with your mates,, it is honest with its format and best to stay within those boundaries.
Walk in, sit down,, grab a drink,, peruse the talent,, choose your ladies and go, go, go.If you want something,, lets say,, a little "out of the ordinary",, then just ask at the bar,,, most / nearly all wishes can be met.
relax, ask for exactly what you want and most importantly enjoy the nice smell.

Thank you for your response. I get the strong sense that you ideed care about customer service. For certain, on my next trip to BKK, I will be stopping by for some fun. I look forward to it and perhaps the chance to meet you personally. I want you to know I never meant to start up any trouble. I had concerns, and I can understand how hard it is to fend off attacks. You and a couple other of the level headed posters have given me a good sense of the place.
