I think the guy was a gentleman in his ways. Mansaturday's thought process was right. Maybe you should not have been this upfront and put across remedial measures.

maybe it's because English isn't my mother tongue and I may have been misunderstand but there was no moment where I was upset by the way this guy was behaving
Bruce got him on the phone and there was no problem at all
if there was anytime this guy was upset by my answer, then I apologize to him
to me he was a gentleman who even let me the choice to publish or not his story
i did appreciate the privacy of his mail
and it was me and nobody else who decided to make it public
my goal was just to give a good advice :
NEVER make ANY thai lady drunk
living in Bangkok for 16 years and being part of the nightlife for over 8 years,i can assure you that
there is nothing to win to get your lady (ies) drunk, usually you are finishing the loser at the end of the evening

sorry to let you know that after having check with our accountant Visa card are debited 24 h after use
and American Express 48h after use
still there is 2 ways left
1) when you come back in Thailand, you just send me a mail to remember me your story and 2

2) you can send your next friend coming in Bangkok for this free session, then your friend will

and trust me that in all Thailand there is only in our Club that you will be treated so fairly

where I was treated like garbage and asked to leave because I did dare complain about the worst service I ever received in 16 years in Thailand by a side line model at 2700b##

First of all, Marc - thanks for posting that, and for making the very valid point of "Don't drink too much if you want to have fun." It's a valid piece of advice.
But, you are downplaying a very obvious piece of common sense, and that is simply that while what you described holds true for someone drinking (and getting drunk) for the first time in their life, it does not apply to people that are familiar with alcohol. If you *know* that 5-7 shots will get you shitfaced, you simply stop after 1-2 of them - or better yet, just stick to orange juice.
But, you are 100% correct that for most people that drink, there simply is no restraint, and they kep drinking until they make a mess of themselves - this applies to a lot of customers, and quite a few of the girls as well, unfortunately. I've had my share of girls vomiting all over various places in my rooms to know exactly 'how it goes' -- which is, quite simply, why I do not drink.

Marc, I think you are just overly anxious to demonstrate your fairness; that's okay. But the guy does not deserve a refund or a free ride. It is very clear that he did not handle the equipment properly. Nowhere in this forum or elsewhere have Eden girls been described as functioning under the influence of drugs. He did an experiment that failed, and he has to learn and pay. I also dislike his way of complaining after the fact; I fail to recognize him as a gentleman. The rules are clear, at Eden or in the outside world: Complain right there and then, or shut up.
Of the many times I visited Eden Club I had some rare experiences that were not completely perfect. But then I realized that I could not blame the girls alone, and I learned along the way.
Don't stress your refund policy, Marc. Its mere existence guarantees a good time at the club. It should be applied only if the staff or management are at fault; not to protect a stupid or inexperienced customer.
