Don't forget that HIV test only tests if the person was infected +/- 6 weeks previously. It is possible that someone would test negative but have contracted the virus in the preceding month and it wouldnt show up.
When you think about all the tests you mention its amazing any of us can get it up and perform anything with any woman, let alone a FL off the street or P4P in BKK. OMG!

Alice, we should have the basic numbers right, right? From my understanding it is 3 to 6 *month* latent time for the HIV tests. So negative would mean she was negative like 3 to 6 *month* before... Buyers beware...
Btw. the instant HIV tests available anywhere around the world seem to be reliable, but have the same 3-6 month delay problem.
