I agree. The taxi takes the same roads and streets as the bus and if you don't know the way he could drive in a lot of circles (tick tick tick) and in BKK a lot of cabbies don't know their way around either. Take the bus, 100 baht guaranteed to get you there in half an hour.

bus!!!! 30min (noway) more like 2hrs,,,,get a meter taxi from the airport (on the main road outside the airport,will not be more than 100bhat 45 min max),,,not buy taxi ticket in the airport =500b.... bus to slow+ u wont know where to get off if u cant undersand thai

ps.... I allway get meter taxi from airport, (40 or 50 times) never been more than 140bhat and that was in rush hour!!!,,,,and taxi air con,can relax,no problem sure,easy.....
