Deepthaid - sounds like a fair report to me. Some guys like it, some dont, some think its ok. But it does have to be tried at least once for the experience.
As long as a report is honest and fair, nobody should knock it.

You were fair. Its not the same for everybody. Some of it depends on your own mood, jet lag etc. I try and make it fun but like anyone else the girls can have their ups and downs too.
I turned back one girl because she was too small and got Mae instead (not my choice and not a looker but I didn't want to turn down 2 in a row). Turned out she was excellent.
In the room I asked them if it was loss of face to turn a girl down and I was assured it wasn't, that the work environment was very cooperative and not competitive (not their words, they are not PC nor do they have MBAs).
After I finished I bought them all a drink at the bar and we kibitzed and diddled for half an hour but maybe because there were only one or two punters there at the time.
Anyway, a good report. I'm sure you will agree it must be done at least once before you die. More than that is "up to you".

Frankly, SC, not sure if I'd recommend it as a 'must do' before you die. I would probably not have even known about it but for the Internet, and only tried it because of the huge hype about it on this site. That's exactly my point: we need to hear both sides, and my recollection is that anyone who's tried to post negative reviews has often been pounced upon by others, with edenpapa often joining in for good measure. However, I do concede that some may relish the experience, but I've had much more fun elsewhere in BKK with far more enjoyable company and better environs.
My advice to newbies: go for it if the idea (and various FRs) turns you on, but don't get pushed into it. Walk away if you find that the girls or the whole atmosphere a bit forced, because it doesn't necessarily get better when you're upstairs wondering why this isn't transporting you to paradise as advertised. Don't think for a minute that you've missed the chance of a lifetime, and go have a good time at a place and with a girl of your choice instead.

Edens along with all MPs works on a production line princible and you are the object trundling along it, so the girls are going to get into a routine. The same can be said of BGs and freelancers, you may not be No; 10 that day but you could well be a sloppy 2nd.
So what do you do? look for a new in town non case hardened girl that you have to teach every move to? It's even harder to find to newbies that will perform well together. On every trip I have found better and worse, bars that were good are not.
So I have found that to satisfy all my pent up cravings I have to compremise with:
1: A visit to Edens for the two girl set piece.
2: Barons for a OM 1 girl and 2 girl.
3: Sanzanka for the car wash and to see just how far the lady will go.
4: A gogo bar to sift for diamonds as the girls change so often. found some gems on last trip.
5: Groping bars as I love a sticky finger and the excitment of doing something your not suposed to do.
6: BJ bars to get rid of the dirty water in the afternoon.
7: Freelance bars disco to see whats on offer and if its after gogo bar closing to see if the girl who wanted 3/4000 LT got BFd. It's suprising how many gogo bar lookers end up searching for late night punters.
8: Then there's the real girls!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Yes I fully agree with you about Edens and I think you might have enjoyed it a couple of years back, when the upstairs rooms were in use (no walk of shame) and for my part the girls seemed better looking. Two in particular were a great laugh they could remember my name but I could not remember theirs or I got them muddled. I have it written down somewhere.
All the people I have taken have liked the place and returned.

i on the other hand can't wait to go back to eden. it was a great experience for me and I want to do it again and again and.......

Okay, I've said my piece. To each his own, I suppose. I'm glad more people find it the best show in town than those like me who're not entirely convinced. I'm not sure if I'll try it again, but if I do, it'll probably to see if a change of day/girls/biorythms/position of the stars/and what I had for breakfast makes any difference.
Damn, I wish my fantasies had come true, tho! More on my other (better and worse) recent LOS expreiences later.

Maybe its just like some of the hollywood blockbuster movies that come out. They are hyped up so much that when you actually get to see the film its not as good as it was hyped up to be.
UK Punter is so right, different venues for different experiences, I'll be back at Edens this April for a few visits.
It can seem a bit like being on a production line, but I know what to expect and have not been dissapointed yet.

DeepThaid's report stand on its own very well and needs no defending. It is nice to see some reports from the downside, too, that don't stoop to petty attacks like those Marc suffered last year.
Spike has a point, but I wouldn't feel right asking for a freebie from Marc (it's not a refund since you pay as you leave IIRC) unless one of the girls messed up big-time. The anolgy that comes to mind is a perfectly cooked meal that just doesn't suit an individual's taste: you don't stiff the restaurant, you just chalk it up to experience.

Yes, but... Groping bars are there for groping. It's just another production line item. If you can hang on to deniability and still get a thrill from it, more power to you.

ThaidUp, thee report was totally fair, no personal attacks, no slagging. Those who like it like it a lot, those who don't don't. Few are indifferent.
I don't think it has been hyped, the reports praising it were written because the posters had really good times and I don't think Marc has done anything to hype the place either. His tone here is pretty level as I read it.
Its too bad it didn't meet your expectations but sometimes that's the way it goes.
I didn't go to heaven either but that's because I wasn't with someone who loves me and vice versa. I did have two great shots though and that's what I wanted.
I'll post my FR from last October here just for the hell of it.
Cheers and better luck to you next time if you go back.
