The place is called Orchard Towers and usually Thaigirls. They are all freelancers so they can charge whatever price they like. Usually its between $120-$150 sing dollars for short time and more for overnights. However, they also tend to charge you more if you are farang.
For standard pricing, take a cab to Geylang (just tell the cab driver Geylang thai girls lane) and they will know. The standard price there is only $40 for 25 mins and $80 for double the session. They are also chinese malaysian girls there for $120 to $150 (45 - 1 hr mins for 1 or 2 shots).

For overnight (in Top 10) :
SGD 300 is the asking price
SGD 200 or 250 if they really like you or can see repeat business or are incredibly 'hansum'
A bunch of girls in Top 10 won't move for less than $500 (oh, and they get it) and I've heard of people paying more.
Oh, and 500 is also the price if they don't really want to go (holding out for something better).

Man, act like in Thailand, you're not old fart you can get it for S 50$ short time, at least I was offered this price in towers.Good luck, and dont forget to hit on "Changi Village" it cost about 15$ for the taxi, but the prices there is 50$ always.
