I am off to Subic Bay on business for few days next month. Is there any action there at all and how far is it from AC, I know its close by, but not sure how close.

AC is about a 2 hr drive from Subic.
A few bars in Subic. Asian Reef hotel has one which is supposed to be quite good, and then there are the others that have been there forever it seems such as Muff Divers and Kinky's.
Midnight Rambler has a great band, and hostesses...
For pure mongering tho, you should head to AC...

nn........thanks for that, I am doing a seminar in Subic each day so difficult to get to AC, will try though when its all done, but will try to check all bars out in Subic, will be staying at Legenda Hotel there...hope its good
Was last in AC in the 70s would be good to revisit.

Your welcome. here's a bit more info on individual bars in Subic, which is from the AC2 bpard, written by a well-known bar owner there called Mo. It's a couple of years off, but things don't change too much in Subic, unlike AC. BTW, 'bakla' is tagalog for poof, but in the update below it probably means ladyboy!

Mo’s update-
1. Foxhole. It opens at 2 and the FilAm owner (Norma) is a ton of fun. They have the best pizza in town. Ladies drinks are 2 tiers. Bar fines 1 tier. They have a grotty short time room.
2. Kinky's. Even though it has a fair number of bakla's there is an attitude which can't be beat. Here is a place that is like the old days of Angeles City. There are 1 or 2 fair lookers and several, well, for the want of a better term, 'experienced veterans'. They have several clean short time rooms. Ladies drinks are 2 tiers. Barfines 1 tier.
3. Asian Reef. Located across the street in a new hotel (which, unfortunately, may never be fully functional), it's the most upscale bar in town. Call it the Subic City equivlant of Blue Nile. Then call it the furnishings the Aneles City equivlant of Confetti's or La Bamba. Then call the staff the AC version of (I'm not picking on anyone, here) Club Fantastic or Butterfly. Single tier pricing (AC prices)
4. Muff Divers. Still probably the best selection in town. On any given night they have 14 dancers and 4 waitress. Get there early to get one of the 2 or 3 good lookers. It's becoming more and more of a 'mixed' hangout. The percentage of foreigners gets progressively poorer as the night goes on (make that after 9 PM). Single tier ladies drinks and barfines (AC prices).
5. Crow Bar. Hit and miss. They have between 4 and 8 staff and, pound for pound, usually good looking.
6. Proud Mary. Open air with GROs. Sometimes it's worth the hike up the stairs. Most times, not.
7. Eagle's Nest. GROs only. 3 to 5 of them. ALL VERY EXPERIENCED.
8. Mango's. It's the best hangout in Barrio Baretto. The music is tops, the ventillation is excellent and the drinks generous.
9. T-Rose. This is a small hotel where I usually reside. But, they have a couple of bartender/waitresses who are very attractive.
10. Midnight Rambler. A Barrio legend. Mike and company run a top operation.

It was great when the waitress uniforms were "Catholic Schoolgirl in Trouble" style and the Playboy Centerfold on the left side of the urinal made it hard to piss....

I love Manila just as much as BKK, sometimes more. If your budget will afford it stay at Shangra La. Great hotel and can be had for about $150US. Good security and lots of girls in the bar and around hotel if you don't want to venture out. Head for Burgos which is close by. 5 minute cab ride or 12 minute walk. Lots of bars. Some should be avoided because the girls can be a pain in the ass and the price can be high. I can't remember all the names but I have had repeated good experiences at Bottoms. Some very hot girls, good english, good in bed and price for bar fine is negotiable. Most places want 10 drink or 3000 pesos. Usually if you talk to Mama you can get this down to 1500. Girls very happy with 3000. So barfine $27US girl $54 US, good time for $82. Yes, a bit more expensive than Subic or Bkk but I have found it very worthwhile and always look forward to the next trip. I get to BkK about 6 times a year and only to Manile 1 or 2 times but I am always pleased. Shangra La is girl friendly. No ID to front desk, just go to your room. By the same token if some girl tries to call you they will screen your calls so that you don't get unwanted late night propositions. Summary, Manila costs more, girls are more GFE, english is better, less likely to get ripped off (but be cautious) sex is very good and a little less mercenary.

best hotel in downtown manila bar none: City Garden, corner of makati ave and burgos. clean and cheap. located right next to the burgos area and across the street from great persian food and a killer web cafe (with tons of wet pussy). you can't not get laid here. I threw a party here once, and had some of the hottest girls eyes have seen frolicking naked throughout the place... go here, man, and I guarantee you success.
