From what I've read on a PI board, it's slowly coming back to life. But in general, you have to sort through a bunch of old fuglies before you'll find anything worth taking at this place.
Still, it's a unique experience going in there. Worth it for 1 visit. More? Up2 u.

Yeah, you are right, the quality hasn't picked up yet. I was there last weekend, and didn't find anything worth taking out. So, it's back to Havana Cafe for now.

Have been visiting LA Cafe cum Manila Bay Cafe for years now, it's always pretty good and had a few young hotties in there, you just need to sift through all the others. Amazonia is always fun, more so when they have live music, and there is now a room upstairs. Havana is another option but quite far from Malate!
