Greenbelt is a pretty good place to pick up girls, but don't be naive.... most of the freelancers have worked in bars before.
The bars on Burgos are all rip offs. Meet the girls a day later without barfine and you will have some fun without paying the 3000 piso barfine.
if you look for some real amateurs check out the pick up girls in Glorietta Mall or Robinsons Place. Best Value for money and they are real amateurs.
Avoid LA cafe unless you are into whores that have exceeded their shelf life.

Completely disagree about LA Cafe. To me, LA Cafe is Manila's answer to beergarden. You'll find everything there.. old and young, mothers and daughters, new faces and the same old 40 somethings who have been hanging around there for years.
That's the joy of the place.
there's no better place in Manila for lounging around at the Bar on a Saturday night, talent spotting.
Each to their own, I guess.
