While filipino food might be substandard you can probably find more international food offerings in MNL than say BKK.
SIN has a whole mall dedicated to filipino's incl. food (lucky plaza@orchard) & while I personally prefer the similar indonesia to PH presently it may be due to only 2 MNL visits compared to more than a handfull in Indo & I've stop counted in LOS LOL 
Was surprised with the for me good standard at L.A. cafe I was hooked almost immediately the 2 nights I choose to pull there 2 weeks ago 
Great f***s they were too & absolutely no problems handling the GFE I'd say better than most in LOS it's just that BKK offer much much more venues to pull...
EDSA became my other succesful pulling venue, but it really only has talent for a couple of nights while burgos is beyond belief in their grief & poor value offerings if any!
As for MPs again MNL loose out as there simply is not much that compares to BKKs rachada soapies

I guess it is all in how your luck runs. I have had great times with hotties from Burgos. I love both Thai and Filipino girls and I am happy that I frequently have the opportunity to savor both. While I like the English capability of the Filipino girls there is one thing to be aware of. It seems that as soon as a Filipino girl tastes wedding cake she gains 40 pounds and wants to have 4 babies. Seems to me that wherever the are from they are hoping you are the ticket to a better deal. Just my opinion.

Simple solution.... don't have them taste the wedding cake. 
The flipper girls are DEFINITELY looking for a ticket out of the shithole where they live. The Thais? Almost all Thais I know want to live in Thailand. A trip outside Thailand is fine, but leaving Thailand to make a home someplace where they don't speak the language, don't like the food and can't watch cartoons narrated in Thai? Money would be the reason a Thai would do such a thing like this. Just my observation.
There are exceptions, of course, there is the rare flipper girl who wants to stay, and the rare Thai that wants to make a home outside Thailand for reasons other than money.

I agree. I don't think I have ever met a Thai girl who told me that she wanted to leave Thailand permanently. Most TG's that go to live outside Thailand, do so because their man can't, or won't live in Thailand.
PI girls are the exact opposite.

Well PI food sucks compared to Thai.
Both Thai and PI girls are cute but not same same
Both can give good GFE and costs can vary depending where you go in both countries.
