Boracay is a wonderful beach area. But... it's low/rainy season now so the weather there can be quite iffy.
Last time I was there was around 2 years ago, and made two trips. One in high season (december) with massive crowds and some light sprinklings of illicit offerings. Second trip was in March and the crowds were gone and so were 90% of the "available girls". But it's a beach area so you can always try some of the local staff girls as I spotted a few that would probably have been up for it. Or were you just asking about regular night life? Because it's there, just not so much of it in the rainy season.

There are heavily armed security all the way along the beach front- stayed there two weeks in 2007.
That shooter bar is at the far end of the beach and is a big freelancers spot going rate is about 100 USD a night there.
Cheaper on the beer bars along the beach about 50 usd but bad quality.

I was there in 2007 july- the info here is only based on that stay.
We flew in (my brother and I at an airport some 90 minutes away)
