Yes, when I think about this now, it is quite interesting. Even in Thailand, Dew (and almost every other Thai I know) will not ask directions or inquiries to strangers like we do in the west. However, when the taxi driver from the airport makes some small comment like "where have you been?", this seems to be an opening for full disclosure of anything and everything.
I took another girl to Vietnam about 6 weeks ago, and she did the exact same thing, the taxi driver asked her where she was and she went on and on about all the motorbikes in Hanoi, driving on the wrong side of the road, no spicy food, etc.

Taxi drivers aren't strangers.
- Most are from Issaan.
- They represent the same position as bartenders do in the west.
(Total conjecture on my part, but the theory fits the facts)

2nd coming, that name suits you, you will never ever be a 1st coming. You possibly were last in a foot race, could never catch or hit or ball and always sank in the pool. BTW, it is not ever other week as you put it, maybe every month or so, but never every other week.
