KK, the 141 site is legitimate. There may be some old pics and a bit of airbrushing going on, but I've had some wonderful times.
I've never done the hotel reservation girls only the ones in their apartments. The way it works is you find one that you like and go to the apartment and bang her, then you pay the fee that is listed on the internet.
