I think Hair Design on 11/1 was about as close as you could get, as the lines between hair stylist/massage/bar girl were slightly blurry. At very least, they coexisted in the same venue.
Alas, they closed a couple of months ago. I will miss them. Casualty of 'progress', I guess. They had some classy girls there, for a knock shop.

Just walk around in lower Sukhumvit area, you'd be surprised how many blokes can be seen in salons getting
- a hair cut (ok, that's fine)
- a manicure (well, tried once, never again)
- a pedicure (never tried, too tickling for me)
- a face mask with whatever green slimy material and a steam hose thing... 
and sometimes all this at the same time with half a dozen girls twisting around them... funny sight indeed.
A concurrent BJ would require some privacy though which the salons don't necessarily have...
Reminds me of some pictures from "L’histoire des O" (sp?) where a bunch of men and women take care of Madame simultaneously…

I would think it would be rather difficult to get the two services done simultaneously to any satisfaction.
On another part of this forum, guys were asking about a haircut and a blow-job at the same time.
But if you think about it a bit, what with the apron you wear during the hair-cut so you wont get any hairs on your clothes, where is the blow-job girl going to place herself.
Under the apron ?...in which case you will have no joy in seeing her suck you off.
Dispense with the apron altogether ?

No, I think these services should have their own domains and parametres.

But a pedicure and a blow-job ? No.
Manicure and a blow-job, I can imagine I could buy into. But not being one for pedicures, what is left for me?
A blow-job and a balls massage at the same time by two different service providers. I have been known to succumb. But there isn't a place that will offer that, without considerable negotiation and explanation.
I don't know about you guys, but the more I have to explain a delightful practice verbally to one or two ladies, it somehow just doesn't have the same lustre.

Having just returned from my pedicure, lo and behold, this thread! So, now I am forced to ask the question: "What kind of man am I?"
But, I didn't get a manicure, so is this a trick question, implying that those who get BOTH are, say, possessed of helium filled loafers?
I'm SO confused.
I will admit, that I have a favorite pedicurist, who does a MUCH better job of preventing ingrown toenails, than I could, and who is even more skilled than the podiatrist I saw in the States.
I'm too cheap to let her cut my fingernails, however...
