NO. What are you talking about? the place refered to here is at the tip of Sukhumvit and Soi 22.
it is on the same side as Larry's dive but closer to Sukhumvit. Easy to miss because it is a Tiny Shop and does not resemble a dominatrix shop at all.

This thread made me want to see this place. MMU 1 is a long way down soi 22 from Sukhumvit, almost to the soi 24 junction, on the left side, across from Klong Toey fire station. It looks like a standard foot massage shophouse, but has 3 pairs of high-heel boots in the window. On a wall inside are pictures of Dom ladies. This place seems only for sub customers. They have "Mistresses--Teens Dominas" offering an array of ways guys can submit. There's a dungeon room "for rent 1 per night 1,200 TBH."
I was a little nervous about having a foot massage with some Doms eyeing me in the chair, but it was pleasant enough. Toward the end tho, the masseuse kept trying to get me upstairs for an oil massage. Not sure what she really wanted to do to me. Didn't want to find out.

Thaillien did you take a look at the dungeon room?
I have often thought that would be a good business in Thailand, but may a few problems with the BIB. Anyhow many establishments in BKK have some trouble keep a high level of cleaniness. I wonder how clean their room is and what equipment it has in it.

the idea to invest in a B/D estalblishment would be a certain road to riches, equip a dungeon, (cheap) get a website (cheap) train some foot massage girls to pour hot candle wax & give whippings (cheap again) then charge an outrageous entrance fee, 900bt for a drink & 10,000bt for an hour w/a lady, no sex of course, well maybe, for an additional cost, almost forgot membership 'promotions' who knows what somebody might pay for one those, spells instant sucsess story, they'll be plenty left over for a cleaning service & the BIB

Still a good idea, possibly even a hotel for longer stays, the original owner of The Kitten Club in PTY touched on that, changed owners before I could try it, add me as a potential investor, surprised it hasn't been tried again, (or has it?)
