I understand this practice to be EXTREMELY common amongst gay men and referred to as 'cruising'.
Whilst in search of more details of a red light area I knew in Bangna I came across a forum all about these toilet adventures in Bangkok, apparently the thrill is to JO at the urinal which is a known signal and then apparently they then JO each other, it sounds freaky to me, I mean public toilets are busy and then there's the maid (not to mention jerking anothers cock !).
The forum listed all manner of locations, including details on security shifts and maids for toilets on different floors.
The most common place seemed to be the toilets at Tesco Onnut !
I also didn't know that there are several cinemas around BKK that only show porn movies and the routine is to get JO or BJ in the cinema from someone you pick up there !
