There IS a Search function isn't there? Seems to be up there on the task bar. If it works, then newbies ought to use it, or be politely told to consider using it, when asking questions that are trivial or that like so many have been done to death.
This would reduce the white-noise level in the baseline, as it were, and also reduce the annoyance level of those who are not newbies, including me, I have been known to post what mt posted almost word for word.
And yes I got smacked by the Be Kind to Newbies Committee too.
Well, I am often kind to newbies, especially when they ask more interesting questions. Less well trod questions. Questions that were not previously found on the Rosetta Stone.

At least make your FA Questions a little more unique:

or

Although not a bar.... Was just at Annies..... near NANA, and asked MamaSan for the best girl she had for BBBJ.
