There is no way this can be described as "rape", girls who work in places such as the Eden should not expect to enjoy every minute of their working day. If this lady wants to pick and choose then she should become a freelancer.

on the other hand there is only :

I already did,
I took his name and did a search on all his posts, then read some. Forget how many I think he has 18. Most have the same style of writing in them (not my style).

I said it was borderline rape, yes it would be hard to prove in court, but you can't say that at the time the TG wanted the sex, she felt obliged to continue as she thought that it was her job and if the customer compalin to Marc about her not wanting sex then she could loose her job, as it would be her word against the costomer of the type of sex the cutomer wanted.
So in her mind she couldn't say no to the sex but by what he was saying she deffinately didn't want it.
I agree that sometimes the TG's may not be happy at their job, but they also have the right not be forced into doing something that they do not want to do, that's why Marc has 2 sections one for straight sex only and one for anal, he also has a list saying that there are somethings that some of the TG's won't do, all we have to do is ask the TG's or Marc if there is something special that we want and which TG's are happy to do it.
But as Marc says it looks to be a fictitious story, but it is a good debate on when someone crosses the line which changes from consensual sex into non-consensual sex even with a girl in the sex industry.
Has Marc told these girls that if they are not happy with what a customer asks her to do that they can say no without consequences, as Marc does have a refund policy that if a customer is not happy that they do get a refund.

Well, if that's your definition of (borderline) rape, I guess you could say that 3/4 of the female population of sukhumvit is raped every day.

I had a beer Soi 7/1 yesterday with a BG already and we had a nice view of the Entrance of Eden from our Table.....

Marc,
So I assume this rules out the possibility of overnight take-outs on November 16th-17th?
