just can't let this discussion go, been reading most everything about this topic here for a long time, until now it's pretty much dealt w/the commercial or buisness aspect, to read about what appears so far to be a 'blooming' relationship w/a lady who has these special & exciting desires is just so good. What is really encouraging was your last post Liam about her letting you discover the rest of what of what makes her tick. I certainly do take care of this one, not so much with money (although I do treat her well financially she has her own assets/income anyway) but emotionally and physically I think I would give her just about anything she wanted. Well ThaiUp, submale and don5252, thanks for your attentions, although making wild assumptions about me and my experiences and life-style wont get you very far.
All of those little dismissive quips were far too easy to even accept from squabbling children in a playground.
I was not talking about any aspect of a relationship between two consenting adults. I stated that.
The elements that you describe and which you rightly admire in the relationship that LIamOZ has developed over time with his lady have nothing whatsoever to do with what I was writing about.
The beauty that LiamOZ and his lady have and enjoy and which obviously you all envy, and understandably so, is far removed and in fact completely divorced from instances of grown, presumably mature men going into a bar and paying for the privilege of given pain to a girl who is young enough to be their daughters or grand-daughters, whom, most probably they will never meet again and whose circumstances of working in such an establishment they wouldn't even consider 'wasting' the time to learn about.
But never mind.
It is the season of good cheer to one's fellow-men and women.
We all live and learn. Maybe you also will take the time one day.
What goes on in any of these establishments has nothing whatsoever to do with consensual exchanges, either sexual or not.
If you think they have, go tell it to the hundreds of girls who go missing all over the world, even in your own country or the occasional female corpse found in the dumpster at the back of some street. Go tell it to their parents. I'm sure your words will be very comforting.

Though it may be a dull topic for him, I do have my reservations about if what submale means by "Consensual [S&M]" really happens in the situation of a Bangkok Bar.
This "Consensual" sounds a little too idealistic to me. A little too rational. A little too contractual. A little too much like something that Westerners plot out together to make their own minds feel at ease back in their own country among affluent adults with professional occupations.
I'm not saying that the girls are forced to work there. I'm sure many of them sign on to that bar because their cousin or sister works there, just like anywhere else. A few might even think the styles of dress associated with that scene look cool. A much smaller percentage might even have the potential to want to be overpowered like LiamOz's girl. But I don't think that small percentage reflects the girls that work there; that is, most of the girls who work there.
They're doing it for money. Not to explore dark or light sides of their sexuality.
And it does kind of amuse me, in a disturbing way, that an adult Westerner, who knows perfectly well how solipsistically jobs are gotten into by these girls trying to make money to send home (for the most part), would rely on such an idealistic rational contractual argument to justify an urge to pay someone to hurt a young girl, so that they can explore the domineering aspects of their psycho-sexuality.*
Now, I will be the first to admit that I don't know anything about this S&M scene. And I certainly do not want to limit the expression of sexuality of anyone anywhere at all.
But I do have, as I say, reservations when we are using certain standards we may perhaps be used to and applying them here.

I suspect there's a line around the block of Kansas preachers who've never been to Thailand - but can imagine real good what goes on there. They're all ready to condemn each and every one of us - not for going to a specialty bar, but for lusting after sex out of wedlock.

I don't think customers are finding Pol Pot, 9/11, and whatever else you imagine is happening - when they go to Demonia. I think it's a pricey venue with bar rules and specialty performers to cater to a limited clientele with a minimum of muss and fuss. A clever illusion to entice the viewer. Buying the expensive drink, wearing black clothes, watching the “show” – all these quickly “qualify” a customer in the professional’s eye.
Mr. Debaucher, it is just so weird reading about morality from someone with your handle. As far as I can tell - you've never been in Demonia. Don't know any of the BGs. Wouldn't want to meet any of the customers. But you're certain you fully understand what goes on there. I’m reading the thread to find out what's wrong with Demonia. Tell specifics about the place, readers will make up their own minds about the generalities.

there have been some F/R's about the activities at Demnonia, The Castle etc. never read anything here or Bangkok Post about a sex worker at these speciality bars being rushed to the emergency room, but as SW points out, tell us DB what are these horrific acts of torture being inflicked upon these particular girls, I've been inside, maybe I missed it, I think the real acts of 'torture' are at the 'regular' sex venues when a fat, foul smelling, drunk, obnoxious, loud mouth farang demands a b/f, of course the girl doesn't have to go, but some will out of desperation, who knows what kind of a horrible experience that could turn out to be, at least the speciality bar, for the most part, the play takes place in a supervised enviourment, even so, after talking w/the customer if the lady is not comfortable w/you she can decline

But even if Debaucher's post does seem dramatic to you guys, who can blame him? It is the concern for the women's well being, rather than any limitations on your important sexlife that he is expressing. Can't you see that?
Yes, in real life karaoke and massage women are murdered in Thailand; wives are beaten; every night in Thailand you can open the TV to a soap opera showing men beating, slapping, raping, kidnapping and even killing Thai women. In the same soap opera, a bit of bare lower back or cleavage or smoking a cigarette or holding a semi-automatic pistol to someone's head will be blurred out by the censors. But slapping a woman around and kidnapping her, etc, is more acceptable to the psychology here, and is not seen to be promoting destructive tendencies.
Living in the midst of a culture like this, and despising this aspect of it, who can blame another gentleman for questioning the notion of "consensus" in a venue where, as I pointed out in my earlier post, the girls have signed on to work for a variety of reasons (not necessarily because they enjoy it) but primarily for money...? The bar or club is still in Thailand, no matter how professional or high class or international standard they promote themselves as being.
I don't want to point any fingers... So instead can one of you guys who has been there, and paid to torture a Thai girl there, tell me a little bit more about your achievements and your pleasure, and this practice of consensuality that seems a little like a culture clash to me?

i don't beleive i've ever 'tortured' any girl so I can't be of help there, but if your talking about some spanking, tie up games, role playing & talking dirty w/a partner that enjoys everything as much as me or in some cases more it's not only exciting but a lot fun, especially w/a good mix of genuine love & affection thrown in, (for some reason DB & SJ seem to prefer to call this torture) I don't look at this as some kind of achievement, just sharing a really nice mutually rewarding relationship, i've had it for free in my younger days, now I pay, no problem, it's done in a shorter time frame, but I make sure everything is understood beforehand, actually I had some great times on my last trip w/girls not associated with these clubs.
