i took a stroll over there about 1pm today. Cute plump English speaking fluffer was calling guys walking by over to check out the "BJ Service". I chatted with her and asked if they had many cute girls. She of course replied "yes". When I asked if they had cute "young" girls, she replied that she had very experienced girls. 55 that gave the game away and she knew it by her expression. Anyway I popped in and the motley crew at the balcony were very motley!!! I recognized the youngest as a girl from Lolitas, who is far from slim and cute but really was the best there. The rest were, really horrible, old and fat, some closer to 45 than 25.
Anyway, the service chair is really uncomfortable and strange as it is a hair washing contraption. Also to add to the uncomfortable chair, I could hear the guy down the corridor huffing, puffing and groaning loudly. Moving on the Lolita girl provided the same decent service she played for the 3 years she worked at Lolitas, she told me all the girls were from Annies except her and she had already had 3 customers that day. She doesn't have very much competition here!
BTW she has graduated from a regular Lolita girl to be a consultant and now costs 1000 baht for the same service. I bought her a beer and me a water. total damage 1200 + 300 tip which I always gave her at Lolitas. 1500 all in. I will probably never return unless they drop the age limit of their staff. Jeez they were too old and ugly to be working in a normal girly bar never mind a BJ bar, IMHO. Well I know I aint a Brad Pitt lookalike but I have the baht so I want a decent lineup to choose from. Dr BJ, should give em all a retirement certificate...

No young lookers in a bj bar shock! 
When they get only 300-350B per shot (I heard it's 350B in this place as opposed to 300B in Lolita's), so many onerous conditions, less freedom and, on top of that, so many guys being stingy about the tip (not talking about you btw, detectivethai), it's not surprising really. There are so many other options out there for younger prettier girls. I've said it before - when we tip so little, it makes our own market. It's not going to encourage young lookers in or to stay. Why would they stay when there are so many other options - gogos at 1500-2000 a pop, MPs at 1000-3000, etc (and in those places they can come and go as they please) ?

But under that same logic, why do girls work in Happy House on Soi 1 ? 350 is all they get for the 2hr massage, BJ and FS session while the house takes anywhere from 1500 to 5000 depending on which tuk tuk brought them in.
Why do main stream Thai girls work in Udon Thani & Samutprakarn (locations I know of) for 300 FS a pop, i'm guessing half is for the house.
Why is there an entire scene near Samrong where the 'All In' price is 700-800 excuding room, for 2hrs incl, FS, what does the girl get for that.
Why in all these places mentioned are there a whole variety of ages, looks and styles, some of the best and worst of all groups can be found.
Lots of questions, but your answer doesn't answer any of them, IMHO.
