I was in Lolitas 3 times on 7th, 9th and 10th Jan 2006 with 3 ladies by names Air, Soo and Beam.

Overall BBBJ skills in Lolitas are above average to very good. Looks are average but for one or two girls in 6 to 7 range. Management can be a bit more welcoming. Both mamasans are glum and moody.
It is a no nonsense place with very good attitude and service from the girls.

Totally credible account given by Toko, unfortunately experienced infection by oral transmission several times myself at various establishments including Lolitas (cowboy & sukhumvit) so don't doubt that it's prevelant for one minute.
From the CDC website on this matter:
"Gonorrhea is spread through contact with the penis, vagina, mouth, or anus"
"many men with gonorrhea may have no symptoms at all"

Sorry guys, I have my doubts.
The "suckee" in these situations is in a very low risk position according to the conventional research.
As a skeptic of urban legends, I would love to see some facts beyond "can be transmitted." from the CDC.

I think I mentioned this in another thread: Last year, I caught NSU from a lady at Annie's (as did a friend of mine who went with her friend the same day). These two often do doubles with customers. I'd been with this lady a number of times (a regular of sorts) and we know each other reasonably well. Both my friend and I knocked out the NSU with antibiotics. I followed up at Bumrungrad to be sure it was gone.
When I saw her again some time later, she mentioned that she had not been feeling well, had developed unexplained symptoms, and finally checked herself into a hospital for a couple of days. Based on what she said, I think she had asymptomatic Chlamydia, and that it finally got bad enough to affect her health. The doc gave her the same thing I'd taken myself to kill it. I told her about my experience and my friend's experience. She wasn't surprised, but felt bad about it. Since she always uses condoms but does BBBJ, I figure it must have been orally contracted and spread. My friend is also a stickler for condoms, but had a BBBJ too. If you read up on that particular nasty, you'll see it's possible.
Her friend no longer works there, as she doesn't like the soap suds, lol, and is now working an oily joint on Suk. My regular there is cured, of course, but I'm sure it took a toll on her body. This is the only time I've caught anything from the Annie's ladies, and have had lots of BBBJ's there. A nurse in the States who specializes in STDs (she works at a local clinic), said it's harder to catch stuff like this via the oral route, but definitely possible. Nasty stuff...

unfortunately I am not telling any bullshit stories here since I love Lolitas and BJ Bars, went there many times.
In recent trips I didnt catch anything even though I got BBBj from 15 girls and more, but during the last 4 trips I got it twice (Tripper). After the first lesson learned I thought it wont happen again and even though I only received BBBJ from 4 girls, I caught it again. Thats why I am telling you, I finally learned my lesson.

For those of you fortunate enough to not have gotten anything more power to you.
But you have to realise that we all possess different immune systems. Just because it has not happened to you doesn't make it the gospel truth for everyone. If a brother from the Forum has the courage to share info you have to give him the space to do that. So we can all have a better time in the LOS. Nobody but nobody is going to make it up that they have caught an STD, and then share it with the Forum, with their name on it, even though we only use usernames here.
So again thank you for the feedback

Gents,
I was not questioning the integrity of the posters who claim to have gotten STDīs via bbbj.
I have no doubt that they really believe that is how they caught it, and that it was indeed unpleasant.
My point has to do with the SCIENCE behind it. If you do not have any open sores or lesions (however small) according to the research, your chance of contracting disease as the recipient of a bbbj is very, very small. Folks from STD clinics tend (in a caring way, not malicious) to overstate risks to "scare you straight."
Small chance does not mean NO chance. But I would suggest you are more likely, however, to slip and fall in the bathtub.
I appreciate that that this can be a devisive issue, just like global climate change (or prostitution in general) and I am not trying to convince anyone (impossible anyway.)
By all means, take any and all precautions (smart move) but scare tactics are not a solution imho.
