You're trying too hard.
I read most of the forums, don't see a consensus on most of them, as you'd expect. There's Lolita's, there's Lollipop, there's SoL, there's Kangaroo, there's Rose, there's Mike's Place, there's Kob's Place and now there's Dr BJ. There's not much to differentiate the quality of girls in most and there's never going to be while they charge much the same and give the girls the same cut. So claiming it's "A business class BJ bar" with girls above the rest seems odd... Like the claim of "executive bj bar" claim on Lolita's web site? 
Business class cleanliness, maybe. But the girls aren't better. In fact, on WSG just today I saw one guy mention that his Dr BJ girl was obviously photoshopped on the web site because in real life she'd dropped a kid and had quite bad stretchmarks.
The 700B nurse girls get 300 or 350 (I forget which), much the same as the other bars. Last time I knew, Dr BJs got fewer customers than Lolita's so girls aren't going to flock there yet. It'd be interesting to know the cut the consultants get out of their 1000 fee. However I reckon any extra would be swallowed up (no pun intended) by a customer's reluctance to tip after paying with a round 1000B note.
While I admire what they're trying to do with the pricing levels, there aren't many lookers around and I reckon they would need an even higher price level to attract such girls to work. Or get a pipeline fresh from the country.

How would you know how many customers one place or another gets?? Do the owners of the 2 places tell you?
Also from your quick walk in walk out visit to BJ's, you know how much some of there staff get?
Out of all those links I posted, which were all praise for the quality of the girls looks and service, you pointed out {one} that said, "The picture was photo-shopped of her on the website" Maybe you could point out some other BJ bars websites that have pictures of there staff full stop?
Anyway fullstop on it all. The place is a knock above the rest and I am sure it is good news for us all, as once one place raises the bar, the rest follow.

I'm sure other people here know that information for various bars at times. A girl's cut, the number of customers a bar got the other day...
I didn't click on any of your links, I just pointed out something I remembered from casual browsing. From that and my own experience, I wouldn't say the girls are a cut above like you claim or that everyone's saying it's the best. It's another bj bar, a clean one, but with the usual motley bunch working in it. Lolita's still has its fans, Lollipop and SoL too.

I agree the girls come and go at these places, and on average they are more or less talented, and more or less attractive everywhere, with little distinction. SOL is in its own class, however, when it comes to service and attitude.
If I find a gem of a girl (in terms of both looks and skill), I might return often for her. But all things equal (including price), I prefer to get blown in a clean place.
My favorite is hands down Lolita's in PTY because it is both a nice place to hang out downstairs (you can play pool, drink with the girl), because the rooms are clean and private, and, most importantly, because I have found some real gems there over the years.
The only thing I don't like about BJ's from the description is the two tiered pricing. That just seems to me like a way to jack up the prices in general towards 1,000... as I am not convinced the girls justify the distinction there any more than elsewhere.

I actually like the idea of the two tier pricing - I think it's a really good idea. Just like in massage places, there are girls that are prettier than others, get more customers. It's logical to price them higher.
However, the quality's not there yet and detectivethai, for example, was simply paying more for the same girl. "BTW she has graduated from a regular Lolita girl to be a consultant and now costs 1000 baht for the same service". They've got to start somewhere though, I guess. Get some business, then attract some better girls, like every bar?

Thumbs up for this place. Choice is girls is excellent and well trained. Only downside I believe is the hairsalon chair. I like my BJ's standing up anyway, so didn't use it much, but what's up with that? Not comfortable at all, why not just put a lazy-boy chair or couch in there?

When I visited last week, there were two "nurses" and five "consultants" that lined up above the entrance (where they lounge between sucks and f***s). The two nurses were not even close to be acceptable, so this basically means that the place has raised the price of a BJ to 1,000 baht.
I liked the line up presentation (more like Eden than your typical BJ bar where they are sitting outside in random places), but the "bar" was too bright, white, and sterile (the hospital theme?) to even contemplate having a drink with the girl first.
In Dr. BJ's favor, the girl I chose was 20, cute, and did a nice job. She even had a good attitude, although she wouldn't show me her tits, I had to semi fondle them with her bra still on. Hated the hair salon chair and the wash in its basin (water was running down my legs, very annoying). The rooms are on the third floor and are thinly separated (a lot of FS noise coming from the room next door.)
As I was leaving, I noticed an absolutely gorgeous girl on the mezzanine area who had just finished up. She was an 8.5/9 in my book and I wished I had the power to go back upstairs for full service, or time to return. She was not the kind of girl you expect to see in a BJ bar. But she also didn't smile at me, so it likely would have been a star f*** at best.
New customers were entering the place as I was leaving and my girl ran up to join the lineup without saying goodbye properly, so I didn't have a chance to give her a tip. Thus, without a drink or tip added, my total came to more or less what I spend in other places.
All in all, I have mixed feelings about the place. And I still much prefer the set up of Lolita's in PTY and the honest raunchiness of SOL. But another BJ bar can never hurt, even if it is putting some pressure on the pricing.

Went there the other week and was surprised to see a really cute girl, C, the rest of the line up was so so (the usual standards found at Lolita or lollypop),
I had a drink, she took a voBKa, we went upstairs, the chair and washbasin are surely a bit different from other joint but not that unconfortable...
the bj service was ok but nothing special my fear of a good looking girl with so so skills proved right but she was good enough to do her job.
I tipped the girl paid the 1000 baht and the drinks and left pretty happy.
Overall it's a good thing to see cute girls in this kind of bar, just wished she was as skilled as the uglier ones...

I just got back to London after a fairly low key week in Bangkok and Bang Saen. (BK, you were the exception and thanks, it was great!)
I have to post my experience at Dr. BJ's which was not a happy one, unfortunately.
I went there last Friday evening around 8.30.
The premises are as already described, very bright and white, like a hospital for sure, but when did you last walk into accident and emergency and think to yourself, 'ah, what a relaxing atmosphere, I'd like to spend some time here chilling out'
you haven't and you won't here either.
The line up was poor to bad, none appealed but I choose a nurse and went up the stairs, stepping over various bodies on the way. The place is a mess and more like a student doss house than anyone’s idea of a pleasant way to spend some money and time.
I was shown into what can only be described as a cupboard, frankly it was a joke. Imagine the storage cupboard in your house where a few brooms and mops are kept, that's what this was like, and very hot. Did I mention that it was hot in there?, Jesus, it was unbelievable, I felt sweat breaking out in big fat gobs over my body.
That was it, I stood and walked out, past the prostrate girls, the owner staring at his computer screen, past the very surprised girls outside and walked into the night, never to go back.
The place will not last, I am sure of it.
