Still functioning as of a few weeks ago, but some of nicer looking girls have left. That being said, they seem to have new girls often which is a plus and a minus. Still, they try hard. And so do I.
They are pretty strict about time allotted to the upstairs rooms. They will charge another round if you go over time (30 mins, I believe) and you will be told this; they start calling for the girl at that time, so you'll have to wrap it up if you are a longhaul type, as I sometimes am, especially with a girl whose skills are yet developing.
Nonetheless, not only that but everything else I give time to... Better to have than have not, where BJ bars are concerned.

The time limit of 30 minutes sounds fair to me, even though I'm a longhaul type too. Bj bars have been keeping prices at 700/800B for years while other p4p prices have doubled. And the girl gets less than half. So the lookers aren't going to flock to work in a place where:
1. They get paid 300B per customer
2. They don't get a choice of customer
3. The customer can take as long as he wants!
The only way that any even slightly nice-looking girls work at these places under the first two conditions is if the guy is in and out quickly.
I remember seeing a thread on worldsexguide where guys were talking about taking an hour to come, the girl was cute, gave good service but they'd tip her just 100-200B and then they'd be talking about trying to see one of them after work for long-time... as if, after a long day, a cute girl's going to be dying to stay with a demanding small tipping old guy that takes a long time! (I registered and posted on that site to point that out but the post never appeared. They couldn't take the truth!  ) These kind of mean guys take the piss and are part of the reason why nicer looking girls don't stay. You can be sure that the management would have acted on girls concerns and that there being a time limit would be an attraction to work there for others.
We get what we pay for. Eat in a cheap busy noodle shop, we've got to be out of there reasonably quickly.

Tuesday 10th of April, I passed by this place at 9:45am and again at 10:15am, it was all closed up with no sign of life.
Hint for drivers, you can park in the car park of the Chuwit Park, its free and plenty of room and a quick 60 second walk to Lollipop.
If only it had been open.

They open around 1PM...and even at 2pm most girls are not there yet...
There are 2 team of girls and the prettyer ones tend to work daytime (meaning they keep the ugly ones for when its dark...)

The reason is very obvious... in the dark you can't really tell that they are that ugly !
