The bar right next to the Star of Light, going West towards Silom, used to go under the name of the Trade Winds bar moons ago.

Yes, I agree that all the big threads in the forum should have some sort of comprehensive intro on the first page - or a link to it on every page, if it can be easily done - to lessen the amount of questions being continually posted.

SOL has more than 10 employees. And who's the 50 year old fat obnoxious one? She must only work there when you arrive. I've never seen anyone there that fits that description.

The circumstances of the bar on the night and the situation in Patpong with regard to the police alters over time. I do know that last year they had a very rough time of it. But things are much smoother now..........at least for the time being. And yes, I have known action in the bar at night time in the past few months, although personally I prefer to take the lady out.
