www.chateaujade.com seems still to be up and running and still belonging to CJ although the homepage starts with a standard "build you webpage here" screen (page down to see the real site, maybe some updating in progress ?).
Also, the usual suspect at CJ was very recently involved in some heated discussion on http://www.maxfisch.com regarding competing houses in Bangkok. He seemed to be in his usual fine form.
So, unless I am missing something, I would say that all is well...
