Sounds like a BAR with BARS ? Its located next to Electric Blue and Palace Massage I think the name is. Near FOODLAND in Patpong. I passed it last night did not look open but it was chains and big Iron gate infront. Looks like a Cave bar replica or something. Anyone have a whip what its all about?
