The last time I was there a year ago, there were 5-6 ladyboy streetwalkers plying their trade opposite the Hotel Istana. This was on Jalan Sultan Ismel (sp?) road which is at the end of Bukit Bintang. Sorry can't tell if they were good - I honestly was trying to avoid them by crossing the road.

They are in small alleys, parallal to Jalan Raja Luat,
The Jalan Coming from Hotel Plaza to Dynasty Hotel Direction.
