There are some popular bars on Jalan P Ramlee (Bukit Nanas is the closest monorail station). Beach Club is the best known, opposite is Thai Club and on the corner up a flight of stairs is Cowboy Club. All had some good music, Thai Club had a live band that was really good when l was there. A Carlsberg in the last two will cost you about 16RM ($4). Open until 3am l think.

Beach Club on Jalan P Ramlee. Full of Chinese and Vietnamese girls. Free entrance and happy hour until 9.00 pm. Cove charge after 9.00 pm, i.e. when the live band starts playing.
Best pick up place for FL in KL.

I agree - Beach Club, that's your choice for FLs.
Also on the weekend Hardrock Cafe, it's just around the corner (if the Beach Club is on the right walk towards the monorail and turn right, after 100 meter right side).

Does anyone know what the going rates are for FLs at this place?
Starting at 200 ringit (3000THB). And the choice is crap. Although I might have been unlucky the 3 times I went there. It felt like a really, REALLY bad night at CM2.
Better to try your luck at Atmosphere/Bliss (http://www.twelvesi.com.my/) down the road.
Or head over to Bangsar.

200 Rgt is about right, might be a little more sometimes, have pulled some lovely Indonesians from there. Hard Rock is down near the Concorde Hotel.

'Please give me the lowdown on Bangsar. I know there is a large shopping complex there, but I am not familiar with the nightlife in that area. Thanks.
