Yes, it is near the Sheraton Grand Hotel. I was there in December. The girls there will definitely chat you up. Not sure if you could manage to talk one out of there though. Still it is nice to munch on a hamburger and have some sweet young Chinese girl standing there talking to you. Prices are way high for Shanghai though and the food is mediocre at best. I would not go out of my way to go there.
