I could not agree more with you assessment. Have been waiting hopefully for 7 months for snap to come back. Headed back to Shanghai is a couple weeks with no good prospects. Everything is average or less in quality but priced like premium. Thank goodness I get 4 nights with my honey in Bangkok before I head to China.

I will be flying to Shanghai for 4 night in Oct.
I am staying at
TIANPING HOTEL SHANGHAI, 185 Tianping Road, Shanghai China
My questions are
1. is the hotel girl friendly? no problem to take my lady to my room?
2. where to go to pick up laides? and good bars? I heard that Park97? bar is really good.
3. How much should I think for 4 nights except hotel and air ticket? 150US$ per night?
I will try KTV one time, massage palour, disco, and so on as many as I can.
It would be great if you let me know much info.

Those are really old field reports on that link. 4 weeks ago pfp still expensive and not so great in the major hotels. Had relatively hot girl tell me she wanted to f*** me more than the guy she had just f***ed so she would give me a good deal. Her words. Yuck. Thailand is a lot better.

I heard many times that in China even chinese married couple need to have marriage certificate when they want to check in hotel. I asked other people who do business in China and was told that in Shanghai it is never a problem..

3-4 years ago it was like that, but now It is no problem, maybe if you are far away from the big cities
I haven’t had the time to play around in Shanghai (yet) but that time will come.
Will be there in end of October 3 days and I hope I have something to report about.
So far, my expiries in China this year (not so much, have to work but..).
1 not so good session in a massage place in Beijing, damage 800 RMB.
Live and learn, (note to myself) in the massage (sauna) places never accept the first one they send, they always have better girls waiting.
On my way out, in one room there was at least 6 girls that was 8-9 and the one I got was a 5-6 hmmmm
One fantastic one in Chengdu completely outstanding so far, (damage 700 RMB = 3-3500 Bth)
Expensive, well Hotels saunas and massage are more expensive than the ones local uses, (have I been told) but if I compare it to similar in BKK (been to Poseidon, Mirage) this one was like day and night compared.
BBBJ and rimming fire and ice style, F session hanging from a rope in the sealing I different angels (acrobatic girl ohh) with a big mirror in front….wow… and that with a girl that matches any models in Posedion IMOP,

Chengdu some days ago.
Was offered (time 15 00) in some massage places 1-200 RMB for a F session short time LT ? (I know they go LT).
Checkt out the girls in 4 of this places and they outclassed in looks the gogo girls in Nana by % and then, the really hot ones doesn’t show up before dark (note to myself, have to go there late in the evening and check it out)
But then again it was only 5-7 girls in every place at that time, but at least 50% was doable imop.
I don’t think China has less to offer then Thailand, problem is the language and it is everywhere and hard to find if you don’t know some Chinese (by the way, many thanks to my Chinese friend, I have still places to check out) not like Thailand (Nana, cowboy, massage areas.. and so on)
The price seems to be better, at least for the really hot girls.
And there are freebees everywhere.
I really have to think over my BKK holyday week in beginning of Nov, China can be an option.
I think when the next generation girls coming (3-5 years from now) that have learned English in school, then China is the place to play.

I've been to Beijing one time so far but at that time I didn't do anything because I was with my parents.
Yes, China is tough if you don't know Chinese.
Now, I am studying Shanghai but not much time because of work.
I will stay 3 nights and I think I will get more than enough info so I will post my FR when I get back.

1. Never been to that hotel so can not comment
2. Xin Tian Di is very nice place for a drink but not sure have P4P as I usually bring a gf to shanghai. Park 97 is inside of Fu Xin Park, and I believe they are 2 other club in the park as well.
Hen shan road use to be the place to be, but when I check it out last month, it was pretty much dead.
There are also number of club in Maoming Nan (south) Lu worthwhile to check out ( both hostess club and Discotheque)
In pudong, there is also an ice bar, on 99 Huichuan Road, which is nice place to bring a date.
There are hundreds of KTV G-club in shanghai, just ask any taxi, they will bring you. The pricing is not much more than bkk, but there is lot more scam and bill padding than in bkk espeically if they know you do not speak chinese.
3. depend on where u go. but usually a top drawer girl from ktv club is about 800-2000 rmb
