JP Shijiazhuang? Well I dont know it too well but theres a Holiday Inn there so the HI's bar is always a safe bet anywhere around China. From what I've heard its quite loose - as are all provincial cities in China - and make sure you have a local guy take you out on the town, as that far far better than restricting yourself to the one bar or two with few 'foreigner specialists'.
Theres gonna be loads of barber shops around - maybe @100 for a toss - in the back if a grotty little shop. But its great!
You'll probably be passing thru Beijing so drop into any of the sauna or massage parlours - @ 5-600 rmb (55-65euro) for basic and 500-1000 for 'da fei ji' (shoot the airplane), or more. The 'honey pot' called Banana is a monster club next to SCITECH hotel where theres loads of pretty freelancers. The desperate always find the legendary Maggies bar at East Gate Workers stadium - loads of Mongolia's finest, and a few local freelancers; beware of the honeys who work behind the bar and only work for lady drinks (colored water at 10euro/pop) and no chance of a score.
