try the saunas and the bath houses. they usually provides massages and HJs and sometimes BJs. Sometimes FJ too. Look for the chines characters for bath houses.
I recommend that you go Shanghai for fun. Places like Hangzhou probably has lots of "black shops" or rip off places. Go to Shanghai... to nightclubs like Golden Pinokio or Tien Shan Ran Jian (the Passion Club Shanghai).
