Hey guys,
I will be in Siem Reap for a few days before moving on to Bangkok in a few weeks. Basically, I am there to see the Angkor temples, but wouldn't mind checking out local talent.
I will likely head to Zanzibar in Siem Reap to check out the scene. My only problem is that my hotel doesn't look like it's girl-friendly, and I am just wondering as to where else I can take a girl for a good seeing-to. Any short-time places or would she know a good place?
Help a good man out, folks.

I met a local lass in Zanzibar, late night, long time ago (2 years, figure things have got to be better by now) and we took a moto to s/t "hotel." She guided the moto on a dark road out of town, about a 10 minute ride. I was only in Siem Reap for a few days, so I don't know where it was she took us. It was a small, dodgy, dark, concrete place, no aircon, 1-star at best, but clean sheets and running water. Wasn't sure I'd get out there alive, lol! But I had a great, albeit sweaty) time with the lady, and the motocy driver waited the hour for us to finish. Then he dropped us off back at Zanzibar. The lady seemed genuinely disappointed when I then asked the motocy driver to drop me off at my hotel. She was a real sweetheart. But it was about 2 am, and I was dead beat, so I had to get some sleep. Never saw her again, but think about her every once in a while... city of ghosts.

Thanks for taking the time to reply, Ballsburstin. "Wasn't sure I'd get out there alive, lol!" is exactly what's running through my head, but the temptation might be just too great. Any recollection as how to much you paid for this shack?

Look I dont think you will have any problems with a girl going back to your room.
If going on what I have seen In Phnom Penh all the mid range hotel`s ( $15 - $25 usd ) don t give a rats on who you take to your room.
Just make sure when you book or are you going to get a room when you arrive ? That they understand that you will be brining in p4p girl.
Btw dont pay anymore than $10 usd short time and $20 usd long time.
I think you will have more fun in Phnom Penh.

Thats the going rate mate, some girls try for $30 usd LT.
Ive never had that happen to me. $10 st $20 lt, Thats all I have paid and going on speaking to other punters there, thats the correct " rate ".

I recall paying about $10 USD for the short-time, but can't remember what I payed for the s/t hotel. Wasn't more than $10 USD, as I remember paying with a $20 and getting change back, which my lady handed to me on the way back to Zanzibar on the moto after we'd done the dirty deed (there were 3 of us on the moto - the driver, me, and her). Sorry, been a while so the exact numbers are a little fuzzy.
