I wont post to much detail as I have covered most in my last FR about Phnom Penh,and other posters like Pete 325 in his.
This is my 7 visit to P.P.
I flew out, flying Bangkok Air from Bangkok 5 Feb, as I planned it cause of the General elections that were to be held in LOS over that weekend, everything shut.
Good Airline, good sevice btw I booked the flight over the net.
I landed in the evening around 7.20, through customs and remember to have $25 us for entry,one thing I noticed is that they didnt ask for my passport photo, they take their own now with a web cam.
Picked up my duffle bag, the reason for a duffle bag its easier to handle if you decide to take a moto into town.
Price for the moto is still $5 usd and if you go in by Taxi $7 usd.
Well I got out side picked a moto for my trip in, its still a hairy way of going into town but its a great way to get a feel for the place,dust, noise, traffic and lots of happy faces.
I must say the ride in on Dusk is a great sight with the sun setting over P.P.
Got to my hotel, again booked by e-mail, Hotel California 2 on the riverside.Welcomed by Jim the owner.
Had my bag taken up to my room by one of the helpers.
Room nice and big, basic, a/c, tv double bed and a done up bath room $15 usd per night.
After a shower, I decided to chill out out the front of the hotel with a few beers $.75 a can, cheap drinking.
So around 9.00 pm my old moto driver pulls up with a big grin knowing he will be paid $5 usd a night, I get him to come to the hotel around 3-4 pm each day as I dont get up till around 2 heheheheh.
I ask to take me straight to Martini`s to find my little Viet girl from my past trips.
Now this is the new Martinis a little bit closer in to town.
Got inside said hello to the little midget out the front and went in, well f*** me the joint was packed with viet girls, I parked myself down at a table, got a drink and just waited for her to find me.
I had many girls come up to me and ask if I wanted them for the night, lucky in a way my girl found me and put the stamp of thats my guy and f*** off in Viet, very funny when the girls get told to piss off they dont like it.
Stayed there for a couple more hours, while she had a dance in the disco, its a fire trap, one exit so I didnt go in,got pissed instead.
Viet gf wanted to go to the Walkabout to play some pool, so off we went on my moto, me hanging on like my life was in danger, rd rules, what rd rules, with my girl laughing her head off, saying to me " you not change still scared " mind you she sits side saddle, no wonder a bloke drinks, settles me down a bit 
Arrive at the Walkabout and it is rather busy, made welcome by the night manager,Bill, sit down have a talk and catch up on whats been going on in town.
Viet gf playing pool with other Viet girls and are they good players !!
After a couple more hours I`ve had enough, time to go back to the Hotel, looked at my watch, " shit its 4.30 am " this wouldnt happen in los, ( just a side note nearly all the bars are nearly open 24 hrs ).
Got into the room, had a shower with viet gf, then off to bed, nowonder I love the viet girls do they go off under the sheets,anyway I`ll leave it at that.
Wake up around 12.00 have another round, get up around 2.00 give her $20 usd. Another thing LT is realy LT its up to you when the girl leaves.
Well the next 10 day`s were pretty much the same.
The bars I went to and found that they had plenty of p4p were Sharky`s, Walkabout and Martinies
For those who want the get blown at the bar try this place its called the Sophie Club No 9E1 st 53.
Any moto driver knows where it is, it opens around 6.00.
If its you first trip stick with the same moto driver and you will have a great time.
Oh forgot in the middle of this, the Chinese new year happened, went out with about 15 of my Viet gf gf`s to a great piss up and feed at one of their shacks, what an eye opener on the way they live.
The year of the Rooster and by some strange twist it could also mean the year of the Whore.

Edit in : forgot to mention that my Viet gf bats for both teams and on all my nights there she would bring a gf back to the room, not bad huh $ 40 usd for a double and the real LT.
I`m more and more starting to lean towards Phnom Penh for p4p, dont know why ? its just a feeling.

I also stayed at the California 2, about 3 weeks ago. Nice affordable place at a good location. I met Steve, who had confirmed my reservation, but I thought he was the owner, not Jim. Oh well. Anyway, I paid $20 for a riverview room, which was a mistake since the traffic on Sisowath Quay kept waking me up between 7 and 8 am. Definitely stay in a room away from the street if you're a light sleeper.
Can also vouch for Sophie's.

I always stay in the rooms away from Quay, cause of the noise, what you paying for is the view.
Jim had to go back to the US for family reasons.
Cyborg, you guy`s will have a great time,stick with the one moto driver and you will be ok,dont forget he wont let anything happen to you, cause your his meal ticket.
Yeh it`s a fun place a bit cheaper than BKK and the girls havnt got that hard edge yet.

Another good thing about the hotel's location is that it's next door to a very good Chinese restaurant, Pon Lok.
Edit: Yeah, I know the extra $5/night is for the river view. Forgot it also got me the early street noise!

The tip with the motodriver is very useful IMHO. Hire a driver who is known to the hotel and discuss prices in advance. He will keep trouble away and it's much more safe than taking unknown drivers late at night in front of the night spots.
