well CS, I tend to take another view.... Sure we intercepted many cables, and cables did have the information... but that is never the issue with intel.... the problem is always finding the ones that count. It's about putting the pieces together.... about seperating out the relevant info from the other stuff.... lots of chatter, we got a lot of it then, and we get a lot of it now... but the human side of intel is finding the important stuff and knowing what to do with it.
I just don't buy into conspiracy theories......
Ir order for FDR to know about it and do nothing think of what had to be done.... Intel analysts decoded the data.... passed it up the chain of command.... through military channels, through White House channels... then everyone sat back for all these years and neverspilled the beans.... watched a bunch of fellow AMericans die and never say anything.....

Never been to New York. Don't even know if I will ever be able to visit Ground Zero and pray for those souls who died on 9/11. But, from the other side of the globe I have not been able to support the cheap politic of having a mosque near Ground Zero. Could become a likely breeding ground of Islamic radicals.

I RESPECT the bravery of those firemen who steady and true entered such infernos knowing that they may not leave-
Not liking arabs is one thing but actually wanting to murder millions of children and woman and elderly because they are middle eastern-?
And your soldiers do often kill these types-

Ps the sickeness exported out of the united states makes it hard to find a TV show at 830pm that doesnt have murder and killing as its bases-
While there is a gun culture and Gun Ho approach to wars and mass slaughter of innocents like the Iraq invasion -
The religious fanatics find it easy to recruit men when children and mothers are being killed-
9/11 tends to get more sympathy in the west - but the middle eastern people have suffered far far greater-

DG, how abou this... I actually agree with you.... Kick the UN out of the U.S., bring all our troops home from all over the world, leave all whole world to their own destiny.
No more foreign aid, no more disaster eleif, no more nothing. Close all the borders and if we don't feel countries trade fairly with us, ban all their products.
f*** the whole world, I could care less.
