Yeah, he found a way to skip training camp, and probably only cares about 2 games on the schedule. Vikings are at Lambeau Field in Green Bay on my birthday, would consider flying home for it, but tickets are going for $1,000, so I'll just watch on TV.
And he gets 13 million next year, but the Vikes, who had difficulty selling out games last year, sold 3200 season tickets within 24 hours of the Favre signing.

having made that little joke at Favre, I must say that I feel it is good for ratings he is back....I certainly will tune in to Vikings games now waaaaay more that if Sage or Jackson were at the healm...
and that Green Bay Vs Minn game at GB should be fun to witness!!!!!

Favre, didnt look good in the pre-season game...granted he only worked out with the team for like a lunch break..
How do you think those other two QB's feel about being givin' the Hiesman, and I mean a stiff arm back to 2nd and 3rd string?
If Favre just screws the pooch in the first couple games and they send in Sage or Jackson does he still get 12 mill?, which is pretty much those others combined salaries..
not that I wish anything bad on anyone, but man I would like to him take a huge hit in the first game....
But, then again it could go well for the Viks..we will see!

OK, for 12 mill would you take Favre over 1.5 mill for Vick, even missing 4 games....which it is reported he will be back after the 4th game?????????
To be honest with you, Philli has such a wonderful opportunity with vick...the fans love that team more than any other and if Vick is successful they will set aside his crimes (which were ridiculous for someone in his postion to do, hell anybody for that matter)
But if he cleans his shit up and runs like he did with the Falcons he will be loved in Philli, winning in that city cures all!!
mrs atl fell in love with American Football when she moved here and loved Vick, and as a buddhist said after his conviction he would be born again as a dog!
but her 2nd favorite team now is the Eagles as she like watching him "zig zag" down the field...
she is even of the opinion that she could "zig zag" down the field as she is very, very fast at 5'6, 100 pounds, but I tell her that she doesnt have a 300 pound man trying to kill her!...she says no problem I run zig zag and under his legs 
We will see, but I think Vick will be a good addition to the Eagles!!!

The Solheim Cup was a fun watch this past weekend.
Ms Wie looked good, so did her golf stroke. 305 yard tee shot, and 190 yard approach shots to less than 3 feet from the cup.
Hated the camera action as they almost never covered the tee shots. But made up for it with a couple of Natalie Gulbis upskirts.
Euros had some lookers who could play as well; Pettersen, Nordqvist, Gustafsen, and Elosegui.
