OK - I have dilema, and because of the anger I am feeling, I need to ask what other people would do on the forum.
I have an establishment that I frequent whenever I am in BK. This is a club, not go go, and I feel very comfortable here, I have spent quite a lot of cash here over the years and introduced other people as well. I tip well and am polite and cause no problems.
I have a psychotic ex TG, she is dangerous and unstable. We finished two years ago, but she knows the places where I like and actually goes round paying staff to phone her if I turn up.
Now, last night I went to my club, enjoyed myself quietly and I thought I had another great night out to add to my list over the years.
Fast forward 12 hours and my partner in Europe has received an email from physco ex saying where I was last night, and the email even has a f***ing photo of me inside said establishment.
Now, I am 99% certain I know who told ex that I was in the club, and this really angers me as I even f***ing bought her 2 ladydrinks.
The club in question is quite upscale, and I would have thought that discretion etc would be assured. The staff member is one of the bosses.
To explain my anger - my partner in Europe has a brain anuryism, and any stress can kill her, literally. Psycho ex knows this as I have pleaded with her for years to just leave us alone, but she just wants to cause me grief.
My question is, I am extremely upset about the lack of discretion shown towards me as a good customer of this establishment, the staff member in question has been fed bullshit by a nutter TG and has photographed me in secret and disclosed to someone outside that I was in the club. what should I do ? Talk to staff member myself or talk to her boss ?

I think you have no choice but to abandon your old places. Without knowing what kind of establishment you are speaking of and whether it is Thai or Farang owned, it is impossible to really say what other actions you should take.
According to your story, the owner had no responsibility in this and keeping the name out of here is probably your best bet. I would even go so far as to say that you should not even talk with the owner. If he has a good employee, then he probably would not fire her but would probably discuss with her. Result; you have two Thai ladies that are pissed at you and you still cannot go back to this establishment. Even if she is fired, this place is off limits and if you think she will have learned a lesson, then you really don't understand the Thai mindset.
Better off just to go find new places to spend your money. I guarantee you will find plenty and have a great time in discovering them.

I am going to stick with my original answer and tell you to find new places. No matter what the owner does, you will never achieve the same level of enjoyment in this place while your ex girlfriend is stalking you. Even if the staff member is fired, your ex can always find someone new. I know my comfort level would not be the same and a new haunt would be in order.
Confronting the staff member will yield no results. If you are of a vindictive nature, then telling the boss MIGHT make you feel better, but I would bet it will not result in negative repercussions unless she is a bad employee and the owner wants to fire her. Then you run the risk of her ending up at a new establishment that you may want to enjoy. If she is a good employee, then pretty much nothing is going to happen. Good Thai employees that are bosses are hard to come by.

Have to second that look for a new place.
Some of these chicks are psycho and the bg network is something we will never grasp.
Mate of mine married a filipino because he was so freaked out of some of the shit he saw.
Mate of his being was stalked by an ex who was working nana plaza, she just walked into the hotel lobby and stabbed him word had got round he was in town.

romeland sorry to hear your dilemma I have only had one experience with a Thai gal that would be labeled psychotic, nutter, bitch from hell. And for the short time that she bothered me she was a real pain that took the joy out of my vacation and made problems with the next gal I had and she was a keeper (well you know what I mean).
In short I disappeared I did bump into her again once and we both took in a long sharp breath I just keep walking quickly then hard targeted all the way home. And unless you are very well connected (and few of us are) it's just not worth the bother of getting into it with a Thai gal. Cut your losses get the f*** out of dodge so many more fish and places to fish.

You must have treated her good and she just can't let go,truly sounds like she's got the mentality of a child, as many do.
Lesson here to be learned NEVER give a BG your e-mail address!
Or just have one for BG,s but than they will only ask for Money so what's the point.
Get there number but don't give them yours, have a second phone for BG's.

... the club owner probably knows enough to stay out of this... with Thai girls involved at this level, he will probably judge it as radioactive... he's probably right that any trash talk campaign you might start will just be viewed as another spurious farang story and have limited effect, so he sees no downside, or upside.
... you want retribution?.. you could do it the Thai way... pay some thugs across town to beat them to a bloody pulp... of course, you'd have no real control over what 'bloody pulp' means... can you live with that?.. and, of course, that too will leave traceable imprints, and the cost of their retribution could merit news coverage.
... and then... think about your own culpability in all of this... you might want to consider what you are doing over here at all if being discovered will threaten your girlfriend's health... a ruptured aneurysm... massive stroke... jeez, death?.. and if the worst happened, blaming it all on conniving Thai girls would be so... so, Thai.
... I'd say the cost of failure is pretty damn high on this one... we know that the cost of pussy is always high, but this?
... you are getting a real consistent picture here from guys who live here, some for a long time, and have good ground level intel on Thais and of what they are capable in a situation as this... walk... nothing good will come of it.
