I was combing for information about Washington Square and Soi 33 last night with some fellows in my neighborhood and they recommended :
Witch's Tavern on Soi 55 Sukhumvit (Tong Lor)
Happy Hour 30% off :
House Wines, Draft Beer, Spirits
Tues - Thurs, 5:30 - 9:30pm
Lady's Night, Wednesday,
Free drinks for the ladies from 6 - 11pm
I see it listed on BKK Tonight HERE, but haven't seen any mention of patronage from BTF members
apparently it's only a couple hundred meters from a police station, but the story has it that these already liberal-minded middle class TGs come there and get wasted and sometimes perform fellatio on other patrons (maybe You) right at your seat/table
similar to the way it's done at Wash. Sq., but it's voluntary, no tips required
Might even get lucky and one of these young ladies will take you home for a round of Sexual Olympics 
If anyone can confirm this, or has any experiences there, it would be appreciated
I would assume late evening would be the best time to be there to partake of any mischevious fun, and most likely on Lady's Night 
I exchanged info with those fellows and gave them Eden and Baron's cards, and even gave a brief FR of my bout with BABs - Baron's Anal Baby

This is the location of MyFav's GoGo dance contest. Good food and I had a GREAT time there. I plan to have a birthday party for MyFav at Witch's Tavern in a few weeks. It’s just a nice Pub in my experience, not a BJ bar.

I agree totally. I was in there new years eve, great food and nice to see the gilrs dancing on the bar. Also been on a wednesday, usually quite busy (free drinks for girls). Just a nice place to go.

I didn't say it was a BJ bar, but did say rumor has it the chicks get wild enough to blow you in the bar sometimes
sounds like my mates may have over-dramatized the reality of it. If it's the sorta pub I see on their site, the BJs would obviously not go on in the wide open, maybe there's a cozy corner, 555
if they were dancing on the bar, well that's a pretty good indicator that there are some wild chicks in there
now, the important part, DID YOU GET LAID ??

Witch's is great pub and food...and (especially during crack-downs elsewhere) it is a favorite for the under 21's girls when they get out of work... they all know that even though other places may be carding (id/age checks) witch's won't. So after midnight or so the clientelle changes a little...or so I'm told.

they have 3 brass poles for go-go style dancing and the chicks get wild/drunk enough to dance on the bar, sounds promising

well, I don't think I'll go back
turns out Lady's Night and Happy Hour nights are mutually exclusive, i.e., you can't have Happy Hour prices on Lady's Night, even though their website says Happy Hour Tues - Thurs and Lady's Night is Wednesday
well, Lady's night is complete bullocks, and it cost me a 400b lesson to find out
my sweetie ordered a drink saying, "whatever is free on Lady's Night", and the waitress brought her a house wine, me guessing cause it's the cheapest thing they have
turns out, it cost more than the draft Heineken which was also supposed to be free for the Ladies, but all was tabbed up to my bill at the end, and a feeble excuse given
no Thank You 
and it WAS between 6 and 11pm, and the waitress did confirm that it was Lady's Night, and no I wasn't sharing her drinks. I had my own Kilkenny

I think that is your major problem. Pretentious overpriced beer = they think you are rich = charge as much as they can = a sad yokul local
Solution
Drink lao kao = they think you are poor = they kick you out = you drink of side of road with the soi dogs = you don't have to share your drink = a drunk yokul local

I had the same Kilkenny problem 'pop up'. Didn't bother to make inquiries as to pricing and ordered a Kilkenny draught once I spied the spigot- sure made for a tasty quaff, too!- cheer gal later urged me on for a second mug quite easily. Then the check bin came- Ugh!- something like 180 baht per mug. A bit pricy I thought.
Still, this place is directly across from that great local punters MP on 9/1 that's certainly worth a visit.
