I was watching 'the banana show' in Patpong. I'd seen it a few times already so I knew that at the end she would shoot the banana out of herself and into to crowd. Usually some drunk guy would grab it. I sure didn't want to touch it!
That particular night, a young british couple were sitting in the back corner laughing occassionally about the show and making lovey dovey eyes at each other.
By the end of the banana show, the couple was not even watching anywmore. Just talking amongst themselves. For her finale, the girl onstage shot the banana all the way across the room and it hit the guy right in the side of the face! The look of horror on their faces when they realized what had just happened was so funny! The entire bar burst out into some of the loudest laughter I have heard. I laugh every time I think back on that night.
that may have been the only time I got my money's worth out of one of those shows.
