Both Voodoo and Mandarin have always had katoeys dancing. Only seen Katoeys walking around in Angel Witch.
The girls seem to deny it I think because they're friends with the katoeys and don't want to hurt their business or piss them off. If they're not friends then they're more likely to tell the truth about it.

Really annoying when the girls keep denying. But I did get a somewhat confirmation after getting friendly with the hello girls and telling them I don't mind (but I do).
