I'd like to know how you can state that with such assurance? What do you base this assertion on? I'm sorry my freind but it is simply not true in any instance that I know of. I have seen "white" patrons object strongly to a "no blacks policy", and I have done so myself. I have been told by the managers and an owner (my former employer) that THEY didn't want "those people" in the bar. Do you honestly think that only caucasians are capable of racial prejudice? I would be happier if that were true, then we'd only have one idiotic ethnic group to deal with- sadly such is not the case.
MrJoe: Nicely stated. I too would like to understand the bases of YingYang statement that only white owners are imposing this rule. I think it can be said any owner regardless of race positions their club to cater to the cliental that they want. Just like some Japanese clubs only wanting Japanese clients/customers.
kiama There are plenty of other places to hang out and meet females. My suggest is that 'if" you run into a race issue/problem just move on to the next venue, because a "hottie" might be waiting for you!!
