Anybody actually makin any Gains out there ? with alll the wage and salary freezes goin on !
Expect increases in business taxes and interest loans, cuttin into operations.
Investments ? Wall Street managed to market and sell the hell out of us with 401k funds... all have fallen off the deep end with no end in sight!.... too many retirees on losin edge now!
Housing or real estate ? ya right !....go ask my bros in AZ LV or FLA....damm prices plummeted 40%!
Broker friend over speculated in Phoenix AZ area housing 3.5 million at 5 to 1 debt leverage.... couldnt get out/ resale before the hard price drops... he just passed away from stress induce heart attack... his wife now left with liquidate short sale troubles...
I wonder, is owning a bar in Thailand really that bad ?
with the severity in business dealings going on !
Probably 10% Pros/ finally selling out at high goodwill vs 90% Cons / troubles with the riff raff ?

if used recreationally some drugs are fine including alcohol, our governments are liars. Thats why I dont trust them.
Its not the drugs it certain people abusing and alcohol can be included in that list, even though every drunk will tell you alcohol is different. although I've never seen any reason to prove that.

back to the bar thing.
It's local's game and the road is littered with people that have lost a ton of money going into the bar scene.
I admit I would love to own a bar, screw all the chicks, drink like a fish and lose all my money............. oh, I just thought of something.... why not skip the ownership thing, save money and either just live in LOS and do all the above except own the bar, or save enough to visit many times a year and also do those same things? Why own the business? I think that takes the fun out of it.
